We do not accept orders placed by email. corporate accounts: Please request that a credit application be mailed or faxed to you the next time you place an order or print a copy here. tax exempt organizations: To be eligible for tax exempt status we require that copies of your organization’s ST-2 Certificate of Exemption and
ST- 5 Sales Tax Exempt Purchaser Certificate be kept on file. delivery:
Bakers’ Best provides delivery service to the greater Boston and metro west areas. Scheduled deliveries require a 24-48 hour notice and rates are based on delivery location. During busy times, additional notice may be required.
notice: with the exception of items ordered from our take out menus,
we require a 24-48 hour notice when placing corporate, informal catering, or special orders. There is a 4:00 PM deadline for next day corporate orders. We make every attempt to accommodate
shorter notice when possible. Special items, custom orders, and orders placed during our busiest times may require additional notice. cancellation policy: 24 hour notice required for order cancellation. Orders, or any portion of, canceled within 24 hours are subject to up to a 100% charge.
pricing: We reserve the right to adjust prices on published menu
items based on market fluctuations and item availability. Price changes may not be reflected on our menus. Our staff will make every effort to communicate price changes when an order is placed.
food allergies: Upon request, we
will make every effort to supply a list of ingredients for our products as well as for any products supplied through outside vendors. However, due to production processes, Bakers’ Best makes no
guarantees, implied or otherwise, that cross contamination has not occurred with ingredients not specifically listed.
